'27 TRX Info Slides via MARK DODGE

100K is a run of the mill price these days. Plenty of random trucks/suvs that surpass that number with “normal” brands, but someone is buying them.
more money not equal to more better.
and it’s up to us the consumer to demand better. That’s the difference between owners of certain brands of vehicles. I hope to be part of the RAM TRX family soon and will do my best to keep them honest. I am ready for that 6/1 TRX SRT order guide!

Spend less than $3M on a new Ferrari & you’ll get paint quality & fitment on par with a Chevette from the 80s.

$100+K on a TRX…don’t expect any better QC than a “Big Horn” SST SO 1500, that sells for $40K after discounts & rebates. It won’t be treated by SHAP employees any differently.

That would be great if it was fully handled for him 🤠, but still wild that it made it to a customer through people that are paid to do QC checks on the vehicles.
Customer ended up in a very good position with very little inconvenience. Strange scenario but all ended well.

I chalk that one up to when you're reading your own work and there is a clear misspelled word...you don't catch it. Why? Your brain spells it correctly as you read it - too familiar. This is why you walk away for a period of time and come back to it.
This is probably the best analogy... that it was perfectly incorrect. It was a very well done incorrect paint job. Never should have happened and should have been caught 4-5 different points, but it wasn't. Again, all ended up just fine. Collectors edition, really :)

My 2021 TRX was definitely better build quality than my 2019 Laramie 1500.

Both cabs had no rattles or squeaks (I wish I could say that about my 2025 M2).

The Laramie’s doors were not aligned great, and the truck had that weird lean to the driver side. The Laramie’s power rear sliding window also broke somehow where it stopped working.

The TRX had nearly Perfect panel alignment, besides the hood was a little crooked which was not noticeably unless you’re as autistic and OCD as me.

Mechanically both truck a were solid and super easy to do fluid changes.

100%. Most aggravating part was two local dealers refused to get involved and help. Mark Dodge then got corporate involved and everything was resolved within a week. Very very good result.

Yeah lets go I need prices, colors and options.......they want to sell these or not ??

@AnthonyRI will have his monthly call today - and then deliver an order guide.

I'm calling it.
The June call is tomorrow actually :) I have already checked seventeen times to see if the code guide is uploaded. I found other fun things, but not TRX.

Alright. Those other things hopefully are guides for other 2027 trucks. We're close!

It seems RAM is very excited with everything related to the ‘27 Rumble Bee compared to the ‘27 TRX SRT ☹️

@AnthonyRI, any thoughts or opinions on whether they would have been using all of this time changing major options from what was presented in the January press release of the SRT TRX? Have you seen history of that happening in past vehicle releases? I have been watching all of the forum discussion from the shadows for some time now, so just curious what you think.

which makes sense in a way, but doesn't in many other ways... has 3 trim levels from which to choose, but also has useless added weight in the form of an extended cab no passengers can fit in...

no problem with them bringing the public an SRT street truck, cuz let's be honest, most TRX owners like myself will prolly very seldom truly go off-road but wanted 700 horses cuz it's awesome and screw Ford and the R that a TRX can drag around a parking lot... I know there are many here who do use the TRX for its intended purpose...

I can understand that. Ram is well positioned at the ground floor of the street truck revival (unlike the performance off-road segment, where the competition was already well established). Ram is also entering with a stronger hand; three models, three price points, and a much wider reach.

Not necessarily. Sometimes, things just take time. The gap between marketing vs production is a wide chasm. And, sometimes things just take longer like compliance testing, or supply chaining, etc etc. I think we're probably still very very close to the content that was released in January.
